xantia suspension Collapsing

if you buy an older xantia(93-98)take a bit of time and examine the front struts.a common fault is for the strut top mounting to rust.if its bad the strut will push through the bonnet!the mounting is 130 in thedealers,but about 30 from local breakers.so look carefully when you buy a xantia,its about a 2hour job to replace the part.
