If you're not carefull PayPal fees will leave you with no funds to pay for posting a low value item as their % fee includes the total (item price+ postage cost.) Ofcause it is against ebay policy (who own paypal ) to charge buyers to use it. You cannot charge a postage cost based on the precentage of the sale priceIf your posting a heavy item
