User tries to get replacement for item I DID NOT SELL

The user samsps1 contacted me to say that i had sent wrong perfume to her and would I send the one that she had paid for. I had no record of dealing with this "buyer", however I trawled through all my records (I also keep transactions in book form for cross reference).I could find no record after all this and duly emailed back stating this, surprise surprise, NO REPLYfrom SAMSPS1,thisuser was trying to con me to try and swap a perfume that she had obtained elsewhere and thought I would "hopefully" fall for the scam without double checking, therefore obtaining a Dearer Perfume in place of a cheaper one.
