Contrary to what a previous reviewer wrote the word "type" on the reverse of the leather flap does actually feature on the genuine Longchamp bags - it generally refers to the "style" of the bag. The word "type" is usually followed by a letter denoting the size of the bag. "S" = small, "M" = Medium, etc.
I have a number of these bags all bought in Longchamp stores and can confirm that the genuine article has the word "type" on the reverse.
The previous reviewer advises that the inclusion of the word "type" means it's a fake - this is not the case
